MY NEARLY 500+ PIECE COLLECTION OF AMERICANA ART OF PUGET SOUND, INLAND NW (SPOKANE), AND MORE PAINTINGS

FOUR PLUS DECADES ~ I am a very passionalte, prolific award-winning artist. I've been creating acrylic-on-canvas paintings as well as pastel skettches, and pen and ink drawings in the friendly AMERICANA style for over forty years. See dozens of paintings and a handful of sketches and line drawings on my COMMISSION page.

DUAL CAREER PATH ~ I love the dual career path I have chosen ~ creating fine art and using my digital graphic design skills to turn the finished images into prints, cards, calendars, jigsaw puzzles and more. Digital design has changed the art and graphics world dramatically since I finished my very first painting. With software like Adobe's "Creative Suite" (especial PhotoShop and In-Design), there's nothing you can't do with a little patience and imagination.

FIRST EXHIBIT ~ I've painted, sketched and designed all of my life, introducing my work in the late 1960s when I was just 18-years-old. This exhibit took place through my association wit the Holy Names Sisiters at Fort Wright College in Spokane, WA.

A BIG CHANGE IN MY LIFE ~ My life has gone through a huge change as I just lost my wonderful husban Doug this September to long battle with cancer. He was my biggest supporter, helping me set up my in-person "Meet & Greets" at Arbor Crest, Barrister, and other venues around the Inland NW plus helping me keep my collection current in shops and museums in the Spokane, WA . Always with a smile on his and a great "can do" attitude, he was nearly indespensible. Such a wonderful, sweet guy, and I miss him terribly. Deeply in love. we were a great team in every way for 25 years, so my future will be very different without him.

Visit my BIOGRAPHY page for details on how my career as a successful Americana artist grew and developed over the decades. You'll learn how I began, see my accomplishments and awards, press clippings, the charitable causes I'm committed to ~ and find more about Doug, of course. There are many more subjects and settinga on my wish list I'm hoping to recreat on canvas in the coming years, but sadly, I won't have my greatest t inspiration beside me.

Below I've shared a detailed list of all the fine art items available from this website. You'll also find out how to be on my VIP (Very Important Patron) List ~ plus information about the mailings I do each year.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! MANITO COUNTRY CLUB HOLIDAY LUNCHEON / MARKETPLACE (PRIVATE EVENT)

THANK YOU SO MUCH! ~ Thank you to all who made this 2023 "Meet & Greet" (the only event I was able to do in 2023) so welcoming and successful after all the challenges that came with the loss of my sweet Doug in September. Doing this annual event was a true a leap of faith, but a highlight of my Holiday Season. Visit myART VENUES page for next year's schedule of possible events and "Meet & Greets." NOTE: This page also shares CANCELLATIONS.

IN-PERSON EVENT MAILINGS ~ Even though I'm working on a handful of commissions and art gifts for friends, there've been some huge challenges since Doug passed in September. I'm doing my best to make my way through these with help from friends and family. I am so grateful. With time, my balance will get better, and I'll feel stronger and more like myself. However, mailings are largely on-hold until next year and I've cancelled most public "Meet & Greets."

NEW ART ITEMS ~ Please look for a higher presence next year as I hope to be creating well into the future. Healing will happen and I am putting one foot in front of the other. Find NEW cards and my 2024 30th Anniversary Calendars at the locations shared below. I'm also doing some commissions, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Next year will bring several NEW jigsaw puzzles, so look for those once the snow melts in early Spring.

VIP LIST & YOUR PRIVACY ~ Eventually VIP (Very Important Patron) postcards will come your way via U.S.P.S. or onlilne. To be on the list, please contact me at 206.406.1409 (talk or text). FINISHED PUZZLES ~ When you place the last piece in your puzzle, the finished work shows the four images and red ribbon with titles of the paintings.
